We ship via FedEx.

• Standard ground transit is 1–5 business days depending on destination zone.

• Transit time estimates begin on the ship date, not the order placement date.

• Tracking information is emailed as soon as your order ships. Please make sure you provide a valid email address.

Expedited Shipping

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date.

• Retain all original packaging and documentation — this is required for carrier claims.

• Photograph any visible damage before unpacking further.

• We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for replacement or reshipment as appropriate.
